Vitality Works was initially looking to redesign their website from the ground up, after noticing their current site didn’t quite showcase their overall brand personality and values as well as promoting and selling their programs.

It became clear after spending a day with the client and building 3 target audiences, that our main focus was to navigate these users in specific directions and provide them with content tailored for their needs. This was accomplished by having 3 clear need states that reflect the needs of these groups, which then provides them with tailored information and programs.
Another focal point throughout this project was to create an intuitive system to showcase these programs. We decided to categorise each program in an intuitive way while tagging key words to boost search functionality throughout the site.
